MASSOFT SD is a concentrated cationic softener which is used to impart a soft handle to denim fabrics, and to protect indigo - dyed fabric against ozone fading. Denim fabrics, treated with MASSOFT SD, will not fade or turn yellow on the back side when exposed to polluted air environment.

Add one part MASSOFT SD into mixer

Add 5-10 part hot water (40-50ºC) to mixer

Agitate 20-30 minutes

A. DENIM ARTICLES
Denim garments can be treated with diluted MASSOFT SD in any kind of garment scouring machines.
For medium to dark shades apply 1-2% O.W.G, for light shads and bleached denim applies 2-3% O.W.G.
Use the following procedure:
1. Add MASSOFT SD to the treatment liquid.
2. Treat for 5-10 minutes at 40 - 50ºC.
3. Use common drying temperature and processes.
Note: 2-3% O.W.G. silicone softener may be co-applied with diluted MASSOFT SD and amount of MASSOFT SD could be reduced depending on requirements

B. DENIM FABRICS
Application by padding process:
Use 10-30 g/l diluted MASSOFT SD depending on the pick up. For light shads and bleached denim increase amount of MASSOFT SD.
Note: 2-3% O.W.G. silicone softener may be co-applied with diluted MASSOFT SD and amount of MASSOFT SD could be reduced depending on requirements

Store in a cool/dry place

Avoid storing in direct sunlight

MASSOFT SD should be stored at ambient temperatures

The self-life of MASSOFT SD is one year if stored temperature below 30ºC
