MASTONE SC is a unique product, used during desizing of denim garments, during the “stone-washing” and in the after washing to obtain high contrast look. Weft yarns, inside pockets and labels stained with indigo are recleaned.

Storage	Keep in closed drums. When properly stored, shelf life Is at least 12 months. Freezes at 0ºC, fully usable after thawing and mixing.

MASTONE SC is used in the enzymatic desizing as well as in the stone-washing process.

I. De-sizing:

1 .Load machine. Fill with water to liquor ratio 1:5 – 1:10.

Add chemicals use the following recipe:

MASZYME DL 1 - 3 gr/l

MASTONE SC 2-3 gr/l

2. Raise temperature to 40-65ºC, and treat for 10-20 minutes (depends on machine type)

3. Drain, rinse hot and cold

II. “ Stone – Wash “ treatment

Load garments and abrasion stones.

Fill machine with warm water to liquor ratio 1:5 - 1:10 (50-55ºC). Add chemicals.

MASZYME NE 0.5 – 1.5% o.w.g

MASTONE SC 1 - 2 gr/l

Treat for 15-45 minutes.

Drain solution, rinse hot and cold

III. After – Washing

1. Liquor ratio should be 1:5 – 1:10.

Add 1-3 gr/l MASTONE SC

Treat for 10-20 minutes at room temperature.

Drain and rinse hot and cold.

2. Continue with softening procedure.
