PS is an excellent cationic softener which imparts a very soft and pleasant hand to cellulosic, wool, polyamide, polyester and their blends. PS contains special smoothing aids, which improve the sew-ability of treated fabrics.

PS enables use of high speed sewing machines even when sewing knitted goods, without causing "holes" (ladder effect)

Storage	Shelf life is at least 12 months.

1. Improves sew-ability of knitted and woven fabrics.

2. Lowers essentially needle penetration forces and heating of the sewing needle.

EXHAUSTION METHOD:

Apply 2-4% o.w.g. PS, treat at pH 5-6 for 5 minutes at 40°C.

Prepare 20-40 g/l solution of PS, pad and dry.
