MASTONE MP is a special compound used for before or after washing stone-washed denim garments. MASTONE MP is used before stone-wash to remove size and give a stone wash effect and could save enzyme usage followed in stone wash stage.

MASTONE MP is terminating the cellulase enzyme activity, and in the same time it is brightening the cotton weft and cleans the dyed warp yarns from residues of un-fixed dyestuffs. The result is a better contrast look of white/blue and white/black of the denim garment.

1. Very good cleaning and dispersing effect-which helps to remove residual dyes from stone-washed fabrics.

2. Lower back-stating of denim garments.

3. Bleaches the un-dyed weft yarns of the denim garments, and improves it’s whiteness.

4. Improved contrast look of stone-washed denim garments.

5. Destroys the cellulase enzyme residues remaining on the garments after the stone-wash process. This effect ensures that there will be no deterioration of fabric strength due to residues of enzymatic degradation of cotton.

7. Replace the enzyme in stone wash if low requirements for cheaper garments

1. Apply MASTONE MP after the stone-wash process, or after any other chemical bleaching used for denim garments finishing.
Dosage - 1 - 2% o.w.g.
Liquor ratio - 1:5 - 1:10
Temperature - 60 - 70ºC
Time - 10 - 20 minutes
Followed by hot and cold rinse.
Following the after-washing process it is recommended to apply a non-ozonating softener such as MASSOFT SD. This kind of softening is imparting the garment a nice handle and prevents ozone fading during storage of the treated garments.

2. Apply MASTONE MP before the stone-wash process for denim garments wash
Dosage - 1 - 2% o.w.g.
Liquor ratio - 1 : 5 - 1:10
Temperature - 60 - 70ºC
Time - 15-20 minutes
Followed by mild enzymatic wash with low dosage of enzyme. For low requirements for cheaper garments, this stage can be omitted.
